Managing stress with complimentary therapies

This three week course will introduce you to a variety of effective tools and techniques from around the world which have been proven to reduce stress. There will also be an exploration into diet, nutrition, complementary therapies and meditation all of which, may be safely used to support wellbeing and reduce stress.
