Do you look after a family member or friend who is ill, elderly, disabled and needs extra help?
Come along and meet other people in a similar situation for a chat, to share information and support. We may also have visiting speakers from local organisations and groups who can help.
Stockmoor Lodge activity co-ordinators offer gentle activity for the person you care for while you join the group.
Please make contact with the leader before attending in case of any schedule changes, and so the leader can look out for you to give a warm welcome.
