Carers UK offers a variety of online support groups at different times, including an ‘Evening Care for a Cuppa’.
They are a chance to meet other cares, share experiences and find mutual support. Everyone is welcome to attend, and they particularly encourage working carers to join the evening session. An opportunity to chat and share with other carers and former carers who understand the ups and downs of caring.
