This approach will help you to understand relationships between your behaviours and emotions as well as making the desired changes to improve wellbeing and mood.You can expect warm welcome, friendly and supportive atmosphere.  The group provides a non-judgemental and safe environment to learn and work on your problems in order for you to achieve your goals.This is an 8 week group that focuses on:

  • Learning how to monitor, record and evaluate your behavioural and emotional responses.
  • Increase your awareness of your behaviours and related emotional responses.
  • Consider what changes are needed in your behaviours to relieve low mood and support wellbeing.
  • Supporting you to make progress on your own recovery.
