Online group chats for carers, called “Cuppas.” These are great opportunities for carers to connect and chat with each other, especially if you feel isolated. You can find the schedule for these Cuppas on the Mobilise Hub, where you can join in on Zoom and meet other carers. It’s a wonderful way to share experiences and support each other.
