The Somerset Cancer Support Group is run directly by the Cancer Support Workers at the Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. They host a dedicated, regular meeting specifically for cancer patients, their families, and carers at The World’s End pub in Bradford-on-Tone.
Structure: The first hour features a guest speaker covering helpful topics (such as dieticians, local village agents, or welfare rights), and the second hour is reserved for open, informal chatting and peer support.
