Support for Carers, Family and Friends
When you help to care for a partner, relative or friend with a life-limiting illness, it’s perfectly natural to focus on their needs and forget about your own. But making time for your own wellbeing is essential.
We know caring for someone can be challenging, and that’s why St Margaret’s Hospice doesn’t just care for patients. Our range of free activities and support groups offer a chance to learn practical skills, meet people in a similar situation and take a break from your daily routine.
St Margaret’s Hospice courses and groups take place regularly in Taunton and Yeovil.
Upcoming Workshops
These free 3hr workshops support carers to overcome the emotional and practical challenges of supporting someone with cancer or a life-limiting illness.
