In May 2026 Carers Champions and Health Coaches from GP Practices across Somerset came together for our Carers Champion and Health Coach Conference. It was an excellent opportunity to network, gather and share knowledge, hear about the key challenges for Carers Champions and gain valuable insight that could help shape GP Practice services for carers.

Thanks to everyone who came along on the day, whether you were one of the excellent speakers that shared valuable information, a visiting organisation attending to showcase the type of support you can offer, or a carers champion or health coach topping up your knowledge of who is on your doorstep to help support the carers you meet.
