Anyone looking after a friend or family member in an unpaid capacity (even if you are receiving Carers Allowance) is welcome to come along to one of our Carers Information Sessions for information and advice.
As well as Somerset Carers Agents, Village Agents and Adult Social Care workers, other organisations will be on hand to talk about the services they offer and answer questions; organisations such as:
- Alzheimer’s
- Healthwatch
- Medequip
- Somerset Foundation Trust Carers
- Somerset Independent Living Centres and more.
We will also be showing carer-specific webinars from Somerset Council on subjects such as Lasting Power of Attorney, Finances, Direct Payments and more.
